Ivy Farm was proud to showcase its cell-cultivated Wagyu at a landmark tasting event hosted by the Alternative Protein Association at Imperial College London during London Climate Action Week. The FSA-approved research-led sensory evaluation brought together senior representatives from UK government, major retailers, academia, investors and the wider food innovation community. Guests tasted a cocktail sausage and mini burger containing Ivy Farm’s cultivated Wagyu, with feedback described as highly encouraging and the burger receiving particularly strong responses. The event marked an important milestone for the UK cultivated meat sector and further demonstrated Ivy Farm’s leadership in developing high-quality cultivated meat for future food applications.
