Your taste buds won’t
believe the numbers.
Rich, savoury Wagyu. Fewer calories than chicken breast.
Oh, and more protein per calorie, too.
The Argument
Red meat.
With a plot twist.
Wagyu for flavour. Chicken for lean. You know how the story goes. We’ve cultivated a different ending.
Our precision-cultivated F1 Wagyu delivers rich umami flavour with fewer calories, less saturated fat and more protein per calorie than chicken breast. Add vitamin B12, iron and choline, and red meat starts looking like a rather smart choice.
Indulgence has some unexpected credentials.

Seven Nutritional Advantages
Good taste.
Even better numbers.
Flavour gets your attention. Our nutritional analysis gives you more to chew on. Here’s what makes our Wagyu worth a closer look.
Light on calories
50 kcal per 100g, compared with approximately 165 kcal for chicken breast and 170 kcal for beef sirloin. An unexpectedly light profile for an ingredient with such rich potential.
More protein per calorie
20g of protein per 100 kcal – compared with approximately 18.8g for chicken breast and 17.2g for beef sirloin. A little number with plenty packed into it.
A leaner kind of Wagyu
Approximately 1g of fat per 100g, with a protein-to-fat ratio of around 10:1. The savoury character you want from Wagyu, with a lean profile that’s equally irresistible.
Less saturated fat
Approximately 0.5g of saturated fat per 100g, compared with around 1g for chicken breast and 2.1g for beef sirloin. Yet another reason to look at this Wagyu a little differently.
More to the mouthful
Vitamin B12, iron and choline add to the nutritional picture. Alongside its protein, our Wagyu brings valuable micronutrients and all amino-acids to a lean, versatile ingredient.
Protein that adds up
Approximately 125 kcal delivers 25g of protein, compared with around 133 kcal for chicken breast and 145 kcal for beef sirloin. Meaningful protein – minimal calorie load.
Phenomenal digestibility
Independent laboratory research confirmed that cultivated Wagyu has superior digestibility, efficient absorption, better tolerance compared with conventional meat protein.
