The minds behind our precision cultivation process. Specialists in cell biology, tissue engineering and flavour development, putting their expertise to work on something worth eating.
Culinary Partnerships
Our food specialists work directly with chefs and premium food brands to explore what our Wagyu can do. They know the ingredient inside out and understand what it needs to deliver in your kitchen.
Nutrition Science
We use an independent third party to provide nutritional analysis, turning detailed data into clear, evidence-based information. That analysis gives our gourmet nutrition story substance.
Operations & Supply Chain
The team keeping every batch accounted for, from production to delivery. They look after the traceability, supply chain integrity and documentation our partners depend on. Good provenance needs good paperwork.
